My weight had skyrocketed to 240lbs. I was fat, had no energy and was feeling really bad about my physical condition.
Why I Love It:
I love how I look and feel afer working out. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal weight of 185, but I am really enjoying the journey.
How I Stay Motivated:
The compliments I get from people when they see how much weight I've lost or the comments I get about how solid my chest/ arms are. It gives me such an ego boost!! LOL
BB Accomplishments:
Losing over 30lbs of fat and gaining 10lbs of muscle. I added 1 1/2 inches to my arms and my traps have really started popping out - who knew they were even there!!

Hi JonBoy, Thanx for the positive comments and ratings! Regarding your question, I guess all I can say is never give up the fight to achieve "optimal health." Eat clean - fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, very lean meats, fish, and keep those portion sizes down. Also, hit the weights daily! It is so worth it!
