This was taken after my first 5K post surgery. I had lost 20 of the 40 pounds I wanted to lose (I started training again in Dec). My only goal in this race was to run the whole time. I ended up beating my record time by two minutes!!
I want to lose 20 pounds of fat so I can take my shirt off this summer.
Goal (Long):
By my 41st birthday on July 11th my goal is to lose the last 20 pounds of fat and fit into size 34 jeans. I was making such great headway until a back injury and surgery took me out of the game for over a year. The last four months have been great and I have lost 20 pounds of the fat I gained last year. The next 20 will be a breeze!!
Hey guys - My name is Jon and I live in Tampa, FL. I am 38 years old and in need of some guidance. I am currently looking for a new workout partner. I have recently hit a plateau and have even started skipping workouts. I feel having a work out partner would give me more accountability...
