i eat clean

breakfast: 6 eggs , oats with berries

mid mor: brown rice chicken brocoli

lunch :     sweet potato ,tuna brocoli

mid arvo: brown rice, tuna , brocoli , mixed lettuce leaves

dinner : lean beef or white meat with full vegies

 

i also include 2 protein shakes post workout and before bed and before i go to bed i eat some blue berries with cottage cheese and rice cakes
