Background
Never liked conventional team sports growing up- but I did like doing martial arts when I was younger with my brother- which spawned me to dig break dancing/gymnastics back in high school and college. Then I got into other types of martial arts, mainly Capoeira, which involves lots of cool tricks and flips. My problem was endurance- both cardio and muscular. Got into marathons and Triathlons last couple years to work on the cardio- and just finished a year long commitment to completing the Ironman competition in Arizona. Now it's time to take my training in a different direction ;)
It feels good to feel good.
