How I Started:
I was tired of being a tall skinny kid. From there my dad bought me some books, magazines and helped me get started. I have been hooked ever sense.
Why I Love It:
Its a rush and a feeling that gets the blood flowing, knowing that you are going to come out of the gym with a greater attitude, no matter the state that you came into the gym with.
How I Stay Motivated:
Makes me have a positive attitude as well as a greater being in life. It also has become a life style and cannot live without it.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 165lbs in September of 2006 to 195lbs by the end of January 2007. I was able to gain all this lean muscle while maintaining a low body fat and keeping my six pack.
