How I Started:
I used to workout a lot when I was younger, but then I got kids and the last 8-10 years I haven't trained at all. Then I got tired of being fat and started to go to the gym.
Why I Love It:
The pump and to see the progress I make.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have no problem to stay motivated. Not yet anyway...
