I got my self a personal trainer that I only meet monthly and he weights me and measures - and I'd probably feel real bad if those numbers wouldn't be going down :)

Hi all,

I'm finally on bodyspace again, after almost a year of absence.

Last November I broke my leg and had gipsum on for two months, I didn't really move much during that time since it was freezing and ice over everything here in Iceland. And when I got back on my feet I had to take it...

Hello, and the answer is yes! lol today is my day to start..I have had soo much on my plate lately... I am in fact having twin girls do in feb :D so the past month or so I have been making preperations for their arrival.. but i made a goal...before they are born I have to be in the best shape of my life. So I got some great motivation now...hows your training going? thanks Dusty

HEY! Sorry it took so long to reply. I haven't been working out in like 3 months. Work is good, too good lol...Long hours keeping me from the gym. But glad to see your back in it I am gonna start again next week. I'm done with the long days..haha
