Honestly, there's no menu breakdown. It's just a low-carb diet. The only carbs I get are from my protein shakes. Everything else is just clean meat and no sugars. It's hard, but effective.

Training is going good, but the diet is atarting to pay it's tolls... I'm starting to feel drained with the lack of carbs, but hopefully once the glycogen is out of my system, the fat will take over for energy.

Oh now don't tell me the young-un is beating the "seasoned" John Maldonado in deadlifts... haha just playin' man... but I did put up 375 today on the deadlift for a new max!!! DO WORK SON!!!

It's just a low carb diet. The only carbs I'm getting are what little amount exists in my protein shakes, which is important because that's really the only time you should use carbs is post-workout to carry aminos to your muscles. It's not really all that hard over here... just gotta try to eat lean meat instead of fried and junk.

Hey man, how goes the good fight? I just bought enough Animal Pak, Stak, and cuts to last me 4 months when I get home from my deployment. Got a little stockpile going... haha. Spending that deployment money wisely! Go hard man, and T.L.A.F.M.!!!
