I wish I cold say things were going good but the kind of work I do doesn't leave me time to workout much and now we are getting flooded again this year. I am hoping to get back in to lifting in a couple weeks.

To be honest I really just started back at thegym last week and I hurt. I dont remember pain like this while training for strongman's and all i am doing now is trying to lose fat. Any sugestions, I ask because of your 40lbs lose that is great keep up the good work and awsome effort.

trianing is better place to start anyway. I wish I had more time for the training. Well i think your doing great by putting the time in for trianig, anyone can just eat differently. So keep up the good work and down the road changing the diet will seem simple. Jon

unfortunatly the training is slow due to work. 12 hours shifts plus an hour on each end doesn't allow for much training, but I'm trying. At least I am eating better. how is going for you. Jon
