1.5-2mins It brings the muscle back down with out getting cold

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Torn Abdominals-3months-limited movement an additional 3months of light rehab. Torn achillis tendon-it didn't heal,still need to have surgery. Too many dislocations to list- 2surgeries and a ton of ...more
