How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-8 per set. To hard to count past eight

1.5-2mins It brings the muscle back down with out getting cold

Due to the situation there has been NO weight lifting.  Since my stop at the hospital I have had no energy or strength.  I had to stop my second job as a bouncer because if there happened to be a problem I would not physically be able to control the situation.

On to what I have been able...

I stalled in my weight loss for about a year (after about 25 lbs) and recently tried carb cycling which I found on BB.com. It helped me drop another 15 lbs since November.
