Overweight from a young age and I figured I better do something early. Got into the Power/Stong man stuff right away which didn't make me want to lose the weight but kept me happy
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1.5-2mins It brings the muscle back down with out getting cold

Torn Abdominals-3months-limited movement an additional 3months of light rehab. Torn achillis tendon-it didn't heal,still need to have surgery. Due to the situation there has been NO weight lifting. Since my stop at the hospital I have had no energy or strength. I had to stop my second job as a bouncer because if there happened to be a problem I would not physically be able to control the situation.
I stalled in my weight loss for about a year (after about 25 lbs) and recently tried carb cycling which I found on BB.com. It helped me drop another 15 lbs since November.
