When I Started:
How I Started: I got sick of doing 12oz curls so.....i switched to whiskey.. When that ran out i had nothing else to live for.. Bodybuilding saved me.
Why I Love It: Keeps me healthy and feeling great. It provides structure in my everyday crazy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated: It helps living with my brother who is even more motivated then i am.
