So yesterday was the first time since the end of my challenge(3/7/08) that I got my body fat measured. Surprisingly I was down 1.09% even after taking 3 weeks off for recovery.... That is soooo awesome, I finally feel like myself again by being able to work out and eat right and lose:) So...
Wahooooooooo!!!!!! I am so thrilled for you!! be sure to let me know how you do and remember doing a table victory dance might have your competition feeling low...so humble is best!!! LOL
You are very welcome and it was my absolute pleasure to drop by and I will be back often to see how you are doing and to check out updates on your blog.

I just finished reading your blog and I wanted to write and congratulate you. That was a great spin workout and those classes are not for the faint of heart (no pun intended). Keep it up and you will not only achieve but also surpass your fitness goals.
I wouldn't worry too much about a rise on the scale (it could just be a blip)until you know what's happened with your bodyfat. Things are going pretty good for me, trying to put on a bit more muscle.
