How I Started: My wellness coordinator at work was supervising an open weight and cardio class at the local high school through an adult education program and talked me into going.
Why I Love It: Because I am not 200 lbs any more :-)

So yesterday was the first time since the end of my challenge(3/7/08) that I got my body fat measured.  Surprisingly I was down 1.09% even after taking 3 weeks off for recovery....  That is soooo awesome, I finally feel like myself again by being able to work out and eat right and lose:)  So...

I wouldn't worry too much about a rise on the scale (it could just be a blip)until you know what's happened with your bodyfat. Things are going pretty good for me, trying to put on a bit more muscle.
