sapaz85 great job on losing weight.but you don't really in to bulk up yet. first get ripped and reduce your bf% down to about 6-8% them start bulking... Sep 20, 2007 8:12am

Roger999 very nice work with youre weight loss, you should probly cut first till around 8%BF then bulk, bulking at 14%BF wouldnt be a good idea, youd probly get to 16-18%BF after you bulk May 16, 2007 3:11pm
