When I Started:
Apr, 2006
How I Started:
It was April 2006.
I had met a girl and we were real good friends and I wanted to impress her by getting bigger. I wanted to be ripped so I could impress her. She was a temporary motivation for me to work out. Soon I dropped her as a motivation and began bodybuilding because of sport and health.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it gives you a chance to be your best. Whatever race, religion, or beliefs you have don't matter around bodybuilding. You aren't going to be discriminated against in bodybuilding. You can only discriminate yourself. It's a free sport.
I love working out because it's the only time when you can transform into an animal. You can get as mad as you want and get as pumped as you want, and you're not going to look wierd like you would in a public place.
How I Stay Motivated:
My body motivates me. Wanting to gain weight and muscle. I want to be massive and proportioned.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but Im aiming for contests soon.

The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is a great reference point, the all knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. -Henry Rollins
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having the same age than me! Speciallt ABS, chest, shoulders and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Dude, You got the legs going good. Try to bulk up the upper body (chest, arms and shoulders). That means changing your training. Try supersetting for about a month. See if you feel and see a difference. Take care.
Tightly muscled and ripped upper body. OK Arnold ( the Second) keep us posted as to your progress. We'll be watching advancing on those short and long term goals. Andre
