Three big meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner which is the biggest of the day, in between those three I'm have sneaks, fruits,vegetable and shakes..

I work on my chest once a week n I work on it really hard doing almost everything, I'm talking flatbench, close grips, incline, DB press, DB incline, DB decline, DB flys, regular flys and cable flys......
