Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Oh ok. Cool. How long would a workout like that take to complete? And do you train anything else on chest day?
Someone else suggested the 5x5 scheme for chest exercises too. I'm gonna give it a try. Chest has always been a sticking point for me.
So how many total sets is that for your chest then? And what kind of rep range do you use? Do you tend to go heavier or focus more on form and do more reps?
