How I Started:
i usually runn 4 to 5 times a week. But i feel that my body is very week, i get easely sick. So i figured that muscle training perhaps would be a better choise for me. besides is it much more hotter with a body with muscles ;)
Why I Love It:
i feel halthy, i get extra energy, and i have become much more relaxed and easy going insted of always stressing.
How I Stay Motivated:
well thats a little problem for me, since i get sick quite often.. but buy seeing results in my training.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
got some really good rutines.. so im able to have a much more balanced week.. no need to stay up late, an simply just got more energy and relaxed

The sumer is finally here! but where is my motivation that always used to finde me in the spring summer?!

Its still there somewhere but my work seemes to get me so tired that the only thing that is interesting is the bed. Yes, i feel like an old granny cos i have started to take...
