Training is rely good. I have jusyarted a new suplement . It is an HGHR and I have increased my lifting by at leaste 25 LB or more in some things. I Feel GREAT. hOW ARE YOU DOING? LC

A little slow rihgt now. Tropical storm that wont go away and not to mention the economy. But I am sure it will pick up. On a personal note I have changed a few things in my own training and hav got some unexpcted results. How bout You? LC
