Yeah, I have protein for shakes but I am not good at making sure I tale it all the time. We may be coming up on some downtime. If we do I am going to buy a complete cycle and try to be religious with it.

What's up bro. Not really sure if the NO Xplode is working, due to the ever changing messed up schedule out here I am a bit malnourished, and I should be taking protein or something else. When we move to Baghdad, I plan to buy a whole cycle and get started seriously.
