3 day of weight training. 145lb maintaining 1 week

I going to start working out with weights 3 times a week (MWF).And 2 days (TTH) Yoga and 1 Cardio.

second week of training... it was very easygoing.

here is my 2nd week of 3 days of weights training. I still need to loose my belly fat. help! I going to cut more calories and maybe start sit up exercises which I could hardly do... I can remember in high school I hated sit ups because I could never do it.

Had to put in a view of my scrawny back. 6th day of work outs. No back work yet.

I am only working out Mon/Weds/Fri/Sat My sets are very light (3-4 bars) on machines only. My reps is 15 to 20 and count to 3 slow. Still have my belly fat. I think i have to start burning more fat. I gotta sweat next week!

I gotta start pumping my arms! My wife does not like those monster arms... but honey trust me it will look great. :( My next sets will start concentrating on my arms and chest.

having a hard time burning off more fat. I guess I go back to more cardio. and build more muscles to help burn off those fat in my tummy. I guess 20 years of tummy fat is going to take several weeks. I going to drop another 5lb just to see if I can see my abs as well.

still a bit weak on the weights but I am getting there. I will start my protein diet as well.

This is 5 weeks of weight training. sched: MWFS My workout is 90lb of weights. It was 70lbs last week. 3 slow sets - 20 reps

My diet has now changed to a daily 30g protien shake 3 times a day. And working out with barbells MWF.

starting back into the Body Building!   next 2 mon
