Overall Goal: I want to gain muscular mass and definition with a lower body fat. I never had abs... so I want them now. I want to live more healthy and look better too. Finanlly updating this site... so new goal... more mass and tone! Next 2 months full workout
Fit Status:
Heading to Kauai Athletic Club usually Tues/Thurs at 7:30pm, 1hr.
Starting with 3 months of Yoga and on a Nutrisystem Diet that my wife wanted to try. We were both about 20lb over weight (168lb) and decided we are going to do a life changing experience and loose weight.
Why I Love It:
So I found this website to help post my progress. I like how it makes me feel good. It kinda turns everything on high. Another thing, this website has some cool peps and they inspire me!
How I Stay Motivated:
I went along for the Yoga classes because my wife wanted to try Yoga. I liked it because it was more relaxation for me. But after 3 months of doing Yoga somehow I started to get more in tune to how my body can bend and how I control my muscles.
BB Accomplishments:
I did loose clost to 25lbs. I am now looking to build up my muscles to look stronger and to get and feel healthy.

Goal (Long):
I want abs and a nice chest and back. Its summer 2009 and growing bigger muscles is my new goal. I starting to like the V look and I want to try to get that shape. I was at 147lb for almost 8 months and now I want to start to burn my fat of my tummy and show those abs.
Its July 26, 2009. I am once again starting back up into dieting and weight training. Ill keep posting new pictures and progress.
