Healthy diet that I came up with by reading bodybuilding.com articles and other sources
I drink a herbalife wild berry shake with 2% milk, frozen blueberries, and some honey for breakfast. I eat some apples and grapes for mid morning a mid afternoon snack and in the morning I drink a cookies and cream Intek protein shake with water. I usually have a sandwich or two with turkey and cheese on sourdough or wheat bread and organic, unsalted butter. I drink water throughout the day and coffee (my weakness at work) and a cookies and cream Intek shake with glutamine with water after workout. I eat a sensible dinner, usually chicken or turkey with a vegetable. Before bed I drink a cookies and cream Intek shake with glutamine. I have found several healthy recipes on bodybuilding.com and other websites.

I supplement my meals and weight loss goals
In the morning with my morning shake I take 2 quercetin capsules for allergies, a once a day multi vitamin, and a Nutracore Nutrition Radidshred capsule to aide in weight loss and increase my mental focus and metabolism. I take one of these again with lunch. I add glutamine to my after workout protein shake as well. I take 2 Nutracore Nutrition bedtime capsules with a protein shake and glutamine before bedtime to aide in recovery and aide in body burning fat while I sleep.

Want to lose weight, feel healthier, and look better
My motivation is when I put on my belt and see that I have more and more room at the end and knowing its because of the hard work I put in makes me feel better about myself. When co-workers come up to me and tell me I have lost weight motivates me. When I come home from the gym sweating and feeling energized motivates me. Looking in the mirror and seeing the belly disappearing motivates me to keep going and work harder as I believe it is possible to reach my goals even at beingalmost 46 years old. I may never get the sculpted body of they people here, however I can get a decently sculpted body keeps me wanting to do more. Seeing the results as I work towards my goals is the biggest motivator there is for me. Conscientiously keeping that positive attitude is working as well.
