Review: Gave me great energy. Not too jittery or anything, but kept me up at night. I always took them more than 6hrs. before I would go to bed but still had trouble sleeping. May just be me though.

Review: (I probably had no business taking it anyway) It made my skin and urine smell really off. It was weird. I thought something was wrong with me, but once I stopped taking them, it all went back to normal. Great at getting rid of all that excess water weight though which allowed my muscles to look a lot more lean and defined. In this case the bad outweighs the good to me.

Review: Noticed that overall I felt better than when not taking them. My joints ached less and healing muscles were less painful. But the frickin' things are too big to swallow. I would get nauseated just thinking about having to take them. I already hate taking pills, so I personally would need a smaller pill.
