How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 to 3 minutes. seems best for muscle recovery and heart rate to calm down. Every set is maxed out.

Couldn't keep going with frayed shifter cable, so I fixed it.  Interestingly enough, after a week of pedaling with no top gears, my 7.5 miles time increased by 1/2 mph.

Wnet for a trial run, stopped after 1/4 mile because I felt like I weighed 400lbs. after a tough chest workouit and...

I have never measured body fat. I don't have much...LOL The only way I know I'm gaining muscle is my weight gain and muscle development. My clothes are tighter in the right places...LOL
