How I Started:
most of my life i done excersies. i never really knew how to work out. my good friend started training me. i was lead into a whole new world of lifting weights. then i found BB.com and started learning different workouts and excersies. and then my love for lifting weights grew from there. i have alot of thanks to this site.

forever progress in gaining strength, size, and mental determination. i haven't been in the game very long. almost a year, im a lil bit behind.
Gain mass in every muscle group. Needed Improvements- Tricep strenght gain needed, chest thickness, abs needs to be more symmetrical.
I find stealth_swimmer to be inspirational through his hard work and dedication to fitness. He has inspire me to train harder. His back is crazy. Much luv stealth_swimmer

I figured out what I'm gonna do, since creatine makes you somewhat bloated I just decided that when I get it I will just take it in smaller doses, i actually have a perfect 1/2 tsp scooper so that would be 2.5g of creatine per scoop. I would buy a diff brand with a scooper but I really don't want to get creatine that isn't creapure so I'm just gonna stick with the sportpharma! Peace bro
yeah ive taken ba before and i love the tingly feeling! I already have some NOW ba that hasnt been used yet, i plan on using it wen i take my creatine.
