When I Started: Mar, 1999
How I Started: Started lifting in 1999 and saw some good improvements over the next couple of years.Started competing in May of 2007.I have been in 2 natural shows since.Placed 2nd and 3rd and 5th out of about 13 in light heavyweight classes.Now im going for a show in may of 2008.Starting to try and gain some good mass for about 6 months then start dieting about 10 weeks out.
Why I Love It: Its my job to look good for clients.Also I love the challenge of pushing myself, and the discipline involved in preparation for a show.Hey you only get one body, might as well invest in it wisely......
How I Stay Motivated: My job,My workout partner and also positive energy from the gym...
BB Accomplishments: 2nd place light heavyweight NPC Midwest Open in Daveport,Iowa 3rd place light heavyweight novice division NPC Grand Prix and also 5th place light heavyweight Open division at the NPC Grand Prix in Belvedere,IL.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Start bulking up for a show in May of 2008. I want to add about 20-30 lbs. Then start dieting about 10 weeks out from the show.
Goal (Long): My main goal is to add some lean mass. I was 188 for the show in May of 2007. That is the picture of me in that show. I want to add about 5 good lbs. of mass by May of 2008. Hopefully take the novice light heavyweight overall.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 4 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%
Upcoming Contest: 2008 NPC grand prix
