before i used to weigh 210lbs.. wen i reached college i thought it was time i lost some weight.. so i went on intense dieting or crash dieting wherein i only ate once a day.. what i ate was just a piece of fruit.. and i had to jog atleast an hour a day. 6-7x a week. i lost weight really fast, unconciously i reached 119lbs. yup! thats alot of weight.. but 119lbs is a girls weight. so i decided to pack on muslces.. i started with 12lbs. dumbells 60 reps each arm/ day. i also did 500-100 sit ups/day. but these programs were just my own.. and were totally wrong.. now that im in the gym i workout with my body builder friends.. i now weigh 150lbs off season..
Why I Love It:
i love working out coz it relaxes my body.. and after a great workout i feel i have achieved something for now, realizing that, it happens to ease my mind.. and most of all, we all wanna look good. i mean not that u wanna show off, but if you have a great body, most likely u are to be a happy person..it bossts ur self esteem n' confidence and its a unique sport alot of people wana be in, but lack the motivation in doing it. so im just thankful im into this stuff..
How I Stay Motivated:
im not sure hw i stay motivated in packing on size and getting ripped.. it just feels nice to accomplish things everyday. esp. in self imrovement. im really not into super body bulding that ill be competing in mr. olympia or sumthn.. i just wna gain some muscle, define my masculinity, get ripped.. and somehow be a fitness model.. well tis just a dream, theres nothing wrong in dreamng.. haha!

hmmmmmm.. i have no body building accomplishments yet but maybe someday..

Hey Same here~ Not on here, time wise, as much i want to be. Im trying to build my portfolio up. Hopefully, i could get into fitness modeling, though. How else are you doing?
Haha, funny you ask. Two things: when your laying the size game and doing things to your body out of the ordinary, you need to keep your gut in check. When your body grows, everything grows. My girlfriend is a figure competitor, and she noticed that I was getting the pregnant look the heavier i got, so she doesn't let me use a belt unless it's deadlifting or a heavy squat. Also, she makes me do a lot of core work. All of that has really trimmed down my waist size.
Hey John Paulo, for you I think that stack would be very well recommended considering by the looks that you are very ectomorphic. Great choice and keep me updated on how that goes!
oh yea no prob about the comp. but thats a good workout for your abs. to change it up, i might try that because i see my mom doing the rope and i never did it, so itll be something new
ur so sweet. i have to look into competitions, and find out which ones i would want to do. ive just been training lately. but i just go heavy on this weighted ab crunch machine, and do drop sets. going heavy builds my muscle thicker, and i pretty much train abs like i train everything else.
im glad you tried the routine and it burned- as bad as that sounds, lol. but it just mean you were working! and hey if you compress it thats still good, the point is to make it work the best for YOU personally.
