Feb, 2006
How I Started:
I was 210 and unhappy. Lost 50 pounds, for the first time in my life, felt like a tiny guy. I want to be bigger than everyone else! Survival of the fittest!
Why I Love It:
Stress relief, sleep better at night, feel better overall, not everyone can do it, it takes motivation, dedication, and I have plenty of both!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results. Positive self talk. Eating clean, the more I eat clean, the cleaner I eat!
I want to get to join the 300 club! 300 bench, 300 squat, 300 dead. Squat and Dead are there, need to work on my bench!
Goal (Long):
First off, I want the most strength I can possibly have. What if there comes a time in your life where you need to be strong, but you just aren't strong enough and you fail? I never want that to happen to me! I want to be envied. I never really have been in great shape, and I'm never going back to the old me. By the end of 2009, I want to be able to Squat and Deadlift 300lb 5RM, and Bench 225 5RM.
about your weight gain then loss... I'm naturally a slim guy and i'm always going through the same thing best I could tell you, stay on track and forget the scale, otherwise that thing will drive you nuts,, I still weigh myself sometimes you know maybe once a week but rely more on appearance and body messurements best of luck
