How I Started:
I honestly got started in 1993 b/c of ego. Through a lot of work and dedication, I learned to love to push and challenge myself checking my youthful ego at the door.
Why I Love It:
I love the pumps, and although it sounds very cliche'; I do love the pain. I'm one of those sick people that embrace pain. I can overcome whatever's dished out to me. Being able to do all that I do what after overcoming a serious injury and major surgery keeps me pushing. I'm stronger and more motivated to continue and never say never.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivating my clients and providing the highest quality of service in PT and Nutrition. Having a hand in making positive life changes in people,and how that makes them feel is pretty awesome. I also had a pretty serious back sergury in 05', and I was a total wreck. That fuels me to push through everything and remember where I was. I surround myself with the best in the fitness/ bodybuilding industry and the best friends, and I love when people see me train, hear my story, and ask me " how in the HELL are you able to do that?!".
BB Accomplishments:
I'm proud to be an NPC judge, although we get alot of slack, I love staying in the sport even if I'm to never compete again. I took 3rd place in the MW division at the Maryland State Cup in 02', my first and only show so far (injury), but it was out of a field of 12 and I hung out with the top guys on stage. I more than exceeded my goal and I continue to do so.

Goal (Long):
My main goal was to start my business, and I've accomplished that! Currently I'm working on more education; I recently obtained my Kettlebell Instructor Certification and have been using new techniques I learned from Jeff Martone to much fan-fare. This month I'm judging the AC Pro/Am here in NJ, and I'll be enjoying my birthday. I've been so busy with clients and shopping for a house, my goal this month is to relax, and try to get back into the groove with my own training. Plus - I'll be going to Miami in Nov, and LA in February...so I have to step it up now!!
