How I Started:
Strength for wrestling, soccer, relay, cross country and hockey.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself, learning new things and applying them. As I have aged I have learned to focus not just on my power and look, but also my overall health. I eat much better and try to keep my "pipes" clean.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation has never been a problem for me. I just have a natural propensity to challenge myself in anything I attempt.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a skinny 140 lbs 16 year old to a 200 lbs. 30 year old. To a much healthier and fit 180 lbs. 33 year old :D
P.S Not sure about the max bench result they show below, I have never really tried one. But my best is 320 for 5 reps and a cheat rep.
