How I Started:
I started lifting in high school because I was 5ft. 11in. and weighted 125lbs. I got picked on a lot for being the small and nerdy, so I started lifting after wrestling season my freshman year and found out I responded very well to it. I was 155lbs by sophmore year, 180 by junior year, and 200 halfway through senior year then I tore my ACL and needed surgery. I shrunk down to 170 with a lot of body fat. It took about a year for my knee to completely heal. Then I got back into working out in college but had to have my appendix removed which set me back, I am now just getting back in to lifting seriously again.
Why I Love It:
No matter how tired, stressed out, or exausted I am from school or work I can always go to the gym and for some reason I just forget about everything in there and can completely relax. It helps relieve the stress in my life and it is something I will do until the day I die.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hopefully posting progress pics on bodybuilding.com will keep me motivated.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Cotton short and T-shirt because they are comfortable and don't make me overheat. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat 5 to 6 meals a day every couple of hours. I try to incorporate some type of protein in each meal, but it is difficult to prepare all those meals when going to school full time.
