Working on all aspects of life, health and career. Have to work out at 5AM now or not get it done at all since I work so much at the present. Hope all are doing okay in this ridiculous economy. Working out relieves a lot of the urgencies of over-cons

My goal is to gain more muscle mass and cut. Also, to continue to train harder

add more muscle, and get down to 10% bodyfat

I have never been muscular in any way. Was never into sports and want to be able to take my shirt off and see guys checking me out.

Working out to feel good and try to be more athletic.

Want to rid of the BF and weight and retain my strength while getting stronger and get fit for Acen 09.

First of all i want a generaly trained look:

Put on lean muscle as much as i can

I would like to get lean. Get lean muscle mass.
