It's been a while since my last post. January was extremely good in terms of working out, I managed to follow my diet and I gained some weight as well. Unfortunately, injuries still seem to haunt me: three weeks ago I was playing football, when my colleague accidentally kicked me from behind and I felt on my right shoulder.
