i'll do two exercises per group. two for lower, two for oblique and 2 for upper canyons. 4 sets, reps depending on what it is im doing, usually until failure ;]
abs, comes with hard work, diet and time ;] you'll get there! my friend Aubrie has a great work out in her blog! check it out. but always remember, core is like lacing a shoe, start at the bottom, cause if you tighten at the top first, it wont look as good... so hit lower abs, obliques then upper canyons. any movement will work your upper canyons, so i save those for last, burn them out! hanging leg raises and ball pikes are my favorite, or cable ball crunches!
