I have found that the older you get the harder it is to perform your daily duties. So instead of going on any fad diets I decided to change my life style, eating better and working out.
Why I Love It:
from the day I started I have felt better about the way I carry myself and the way I look and the way others look at me. you know it is like a drug the more improvments I see the more I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a competive 42 year old man; that has an issue with these young kids comming in the Army and thinking that they can out do the old man only to get there buts handed to them. That is my motivation.
My goal is to get down to about 190 LBS and to be about 8 to 10 % body fat, shape and tone my body
Goal (Long):
I am currantly working out two times a day, I am on a 6 week cycle, Example... I do my chest in the AM 12 to 15 reps for 4 to 6 sets at 70% my max, then in the afternoon I do tha same for Tri's. every other night I run at least 2 miles.. at the end of the 6 week cycle I go back to my heavy lifting with 3 to 4 sets 6 to 8 reps.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

As professional Soldier I have found that you will not always going to be around a gym, so at times you have to be creative when it comes to doing PT, use what you have to provide resistance IE… rocks, limbs, or a battle buddy. Otherwise pushups, sit-ups, crunches, side straddle hops...
well hello there...had to change up my times thanks to work and stuff but you know how that goes. I am still getting my 4am session in but I have been having to go at night...which I dont like but ohhh well. Keep training hard. I see you killing it....JUST DONT STOP :-)
