How I Started:
started in high school. joined the army went to iraq and broke my lower back so i have been out of it for about two years. i have gained a lot of weight sense.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel heathier and energized.

if ur gonna try to lose weight and get a decent body fat %, you might wanna cut the isomass since its 1000 cals per shake unless ur using it as a meal replacement. A halfway decent diet and some cardio will shed the weight like butter buddy.
Sorry to hear that, I'm holding up pretty good, staying in shape is really helping my back out so far. Something I have to lives with ... so staying in shape HAS to be a part of it too!
