nice. fics is good too for online. ICC is by far the best but you have to pay. If you want to get better, there's some good sites like chesscafe.com, chessbase.com. Also I teach online for $15/hr if ur interested ($30/hr IRL). do you have a uscf rating?

yep, the iron gym holds me up just fine, i've used it for 6+ mos now, even with added weight, no complaints other than a few markings around the frame
