Cool dumbbells are great. I do 95% of my workouts with dumbbells. 22 minutes is my average for a 5k.

cool man...i'm doing good i've been a lot of lifting in college a buddy of mine and i have been hitting the gym right i'm just gaining back a lot of muscle i lost after my knee surgery my bench is higher than it's ever been so things are goin good
