what in the hell have u been doing to ur traps lol...but yeah i am in the process of trying to get cut...and then from there after i have lost the extra weight that i have by toning up, then i want to start to build up on the muscle. any advice would help...im not sure what comment u saw but right now i feel as if my body is in limbo...and im trying to break past this point so that i can transform it to a higher bodybuilding lv

hey good to hear your back in the gym! I've been off my diet a little now for about 3 weeks. I'm getting married soon. That broke my workout plan for a few HA! but back on track again. Your looking good keep up with the hard work. It show over time.

but I lost all my size right after I got done with it
I guess it was all water weight

Well i've dropped about 17 in the last year. Its a little slow since i'm weight training too. Since the Muscle is heavier than fat, the numbers can be a little deceptive.
January 08 i was 330 now 247 so about 83 pounds. Just started Hydroxycut® so for this contest. Funny my goal is around 225 too. Gaining muscle and losing fat makes it a slow progress but we'll see.
