Supps are minimal when trying to achieve that desired physique you want bro....Diet is everything. Keep on eating, but keep it clean and guranteed you'll make gains! Just keep it consistent in the kitchen and in the gym!
well, i don't think GNC carries Optimum Nutrition, but creatine is creatine. There is different forms, like kre-akaline, but you should just go to bb.com and read up on it. Its one of the most important supplements you can take, and yes - it works! good luck!
that's not normal. i certainly have felt a little bloated after drinking a protein shake but the other stuff you're feeling is strange. i try to minimize the amount of water i mix so that i'm not drinking a lot of fluid. also you shouldnt drink it right before you go to bed. give yourself at least an hour or two.
I don't do crunches at all. I do all kinds of kneeling cable crunches, leg raises, weighted knee raises, jackknives, bicycles, planks, etc. I do everything. Diet and cardio is key.....building ab mass will happen as long as you murder it.
My intensity for all other muscle groups is through the roof as well so I'm burning calories even when I'm doing weights.
haha of course I'm working everything else....I actually hit abs like twice a week now. My abs are just continuing to show because of my diet, cardio and supplements.
I've been murdering my shoulders, back, arms, everything. Been going a lot heavier than normal to prepare for bulk starting sunday.
