After several months of inconsistent training I want to get back that intensity and dedication I miss and get the rewards that come with that.
Goal (Long):
After doing my first competition I have decided that I want to compete in the IFBB classic class, for my height the maximum competition weight is about 82kg. I competed in September at 74kg and although I lost some muscle in the dieting phase I will still need atleast 5kg to be the best I can be, it is a hard ask while maintaining my natural status.
Going to train hard and eat hard, so far progress is going well.
Being the same age, height and weight he represents everything I would hope to be physically. His physique is the perfect example of conditioning and symmetry, proves that weight isn't everything unless its carried correctly.
One motivated individual and if she puts her mind to it she can do anything she likes, I see so much potential in her and believe in her more than she believes in herself.
Things are progressing well, I am 4 weeks into the diet which means 12 weeks to the competition. My weight has dropped 3kg in 4 weeks so it is a little faster than the 0.5kg per week I had planned, certainly nothing to be alarmed about cause it all seems to be from the right places.
Hiya, John :) Yeah, I'm good. Nah, didn't end up doing them; spent the time bulking instead. looking at doing the North Island Champs (so might see you there) and qualify and compete at Nationals (don't know if I can go a year withOUT doing at least SOMETHING!)
Hey John, it's people "like YOU" that keeps the ball rolling. It is this fresh energy that keeps us ALL into the sport. You got a long, fun ride ahead. Thank YOU!
COMPETITION!!! Ohhh, the sound of that simply gives me "goose bumps" {lol}.
Best Wishes to ya' on a most wonderful experience of a HABIT that will be around for a lonnnnnnng time. *smile*
