Goal (Overall):
I WILL lose 75 pounds this year!
Goal (Long):
I plan on losing weight via clean eating and exercise. For now, I am starting with light cardio (walking, shooting hoops, etc.), the Yoga for Regular Guys program to give me the flexibility I have never had, and body weight exercises a la Pavel's Naked Warrior. Once I reach 250, I am going to reward myself by restoring my old bike so I have another cardio option. I think these programs will provide enough muscle growth in the short term, but at some point (probably around 225) I am going to join a gym and begin the Starting Strength program. We'll see what happens after that!

Workout Program:
No real gym access in the moment, so this is my starting workout. Feel free to help with constructive criticism!

6 days/week

30 min walking
30 min shooting hoops(light cardio, mostly chasing rebounds)
30 min doing Yoga for Regular Guys routine.

Well I am sure you will be back on track in no time. Don't let one bad week throw you off. I just fit myself into an old pair of 36" Levis tonight. First time in over 5 years so feeling pretty good! You too will be ther ein no time. trust me you won't even realize it.
