How I Started:
As I got older,my body metabolism slowed down. I started started lifting to stay cut; however, I never tried to bulk. Over the past few years, I have lost control over my eating and let my exercise routine suffer. It is now time to start again.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the way it makes me feel to have some notice me.
