I want to gain 15 pounds of muscle over the summer.
Goal (Long):
I’ve always been tall and slender, a classic ectomorph, eat whatever, whenever and my body doesn’t change much. I, like most people would like to be stronger, healthier and have a good looking body.
I worked out in High School, to build strength and mass but I hadn't done my homework then so I didn't get great results after several months of consistent working out.
Now older, better educated and well motivated I’m going to gain mass and strength and join the ranks of the fit and attractive.
Today was Day 3 of my 3 day for mass program, I don't have a workout partner so its a bit tough to get that perfect set in with the right weight. I'm still unsure of what weight to use. So I'm afraid I'm not getting as much from my workout days as I could be.
At this stage creatine will be a great idea, but look for an ethyl ester or gluconate type, the water retention will a lot less and you'll gain actual muscle instead of water weight...
How are you, I noticed your trying whey protien, its a great product but you need calories and good carbs also, try TrueMass by BSN...it packs 600 calories per servingand it taste great...
Thanks. But, hope I never DO find out. {lol} Stay tuned, a RE-releaseof my website is going up this weekend. The REALLY real of Dawn Melanie. Hope u visit www.DawnMelanie.com Thanks, my friend. ~Dawn Melanie
Great start and hope you acquire all that you need in this regimen. But here is the key, mass needs excess of food intake, about 50% of what you would normally eat. So, next time you have a PJ Sandwich include the Protien shake with it, Peanut Butter is good for mass, but it's an incomplete protien...Go big
Hey Robb just a thought: why not get 3 or 4 workout buddies so that you can alternate with your work schedule? Or get people at work to join you at the gym? Good luck my friend!
First things first, mass is obtained through eating and more eating, but you want to consume good calories, such as red potato's, grits, chicken breat, lean steaks, creatine and brown rice, try to eat at least double thee amount of protien you would normally eat, lots of water....every 2-3 hours eat something....
