I started lifting properly in 2002 to get stronger... I knew college softball was coming around soon.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and I like to help other ppl train... so... it's helping me to help others by becoming a personal trainer

I'm an athlete/softball player a power hitter and i love the feel of a hard hit -lookin in the mirror helps a lot too! staying up to date with my girl's competing and wanting to get on stage with her soon!

I have always been the fat kid in class or in my group of friends, very timid and self concious when it comes to clothes and wearing a bathing suit. I started workin out a few years ago just for softball purposes but in the past year I've lifted not just for softball but for myself as well as to better my knowledge about fitness for my plans of being a personal trainer.

Yes

Haha you are definitely not getting fat! So what do you do for work? I leave in a couple months to go into the OCS program for the Army but as of right now I am just doing part-time work to have extra spending money. Hey have you been lifting lately tho?

Aww that's what's up! Yeah I missed football once I stopped. I tried a short stint in the CFL but that didn't pan out. Just trying to stay in shape and add some size. Especially to my legs. That's why I was amazed when you told me yours are 25 inches! Lol is it genetics or did you get that way from lifting?
