Why I Love It:

so... it's helping me to help others by becoming a personal trainer

I have always been the fat kid in class or in my group of friends, very timid and self concious when it comes to clothes and wearing a bathing suit. I started workin out a few years ago just for softball purposes but in the past year I've lifted not just for softball but for myself as well as to better my knowledge about fitness for my plans of being a personal trainer.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Strained trap and lower back.
With my trap I was injured for a good three weeks but recovered very well.
I've always had some type of problem with my back so when I strain my lower back muscles, I was out fora while because I didn't want to do anything to injur it again or make things worse. I recoverd but haven't lifted near as heavy I used to 5 years agoStrained trap and lower back.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I beleive squats are the most dangerous excerise if not done correctly. It could put a tremendous amount of stress on the lower back and knees.

Haha you are definitely not getting fat! So what do you do for work? I leave in a couple months to go into the OCS program for the Army but as of right now I am just doing part-time work to have extra spending money. Hey have you been lifting lately tho?
Aww that's what's up! Yeah I missed football once I stopped. I tried a short stint in the CFL but that didn't pan out. Just trying to stay in shape and add some size. Especially to my legs. That's why I was amazed when you told me yours are 25 inches! Lol is it genetics or did you get that way from lifting?
Haha cool...well I hope to have some fun tonight! I am a SoCal guy so I don't like how cold it is but oh well. I am looking forward to tonight :) So are you still an athlete right now? This year was my last year playing. Time for a change of career lol.
Lol Oklahoma!! Haha I am here right now visiting family out here in Norman for Thanksgiving :) I will be going on the Sooner campus bars tonight. I hope they have some cool spots!
Hey thanks for the add but damn 25 inches lol. Yeah I have some work to do! You kill me in that department haha. Hey are you an athlete at Uni. of New Mexico? My good friend is a trainer up there from Purdue :)
Wow, you call that flab and fat? I'm sure little twicks and you'll get back on track, I had the same thing happen beginning of the spring/summer, with work and everything else, just lost it lol. What do you do for work?
