Then I did abs 3 times a week.I took Hydroxycut,Leukic, Creakic & Nitro Tech Hardcore.I did cardio for an hour everyday and 2 hours a day 3 times a week.I was doing the Muscle Tech Contest is the reason for their supps. Now I have added weights to my ab routine which I do 3 times a week.
sizzahanz is right. Though one thing that seems to work is clean eating and cycling light training/mass reps with heavy training. Each for about 6 weeks. Changing it up so you don't stagnant seems to be key
There is no universal method that works for everybody, bruh. Try different things to see how YOUR body responds. What works for me may be a waste for you, and vice versa. If you're seeing progress with your current training, wait a couple of weeks before changing it up. And journal EVERYTHING so you know what worked and what didn't.
Nah, I pretty much stick to the elliptical now. When I first got here i was running every workout but I ended up straining my upper thigh due to all the impact (I still weighed 237 of course).
I'll probably start throwing in some running here soon to see how it feels, I've been thinking. Maybe tonight...
Well the cardio part sounds good, thats about what i do, 3 miles for a half hour. But if i were you, i would try to increase your sets and reps while lifting. You said you were doing 3 sets of 10 reps, try lowering your weight and increasing the amount of reps to 4 sets of 15 reps. And also, have you tried doing supersets and giant sets??
You are so kind to leave me such a cute compliment, and thank you for adding me too. I see you are a military man, so please accept my sincere appreciation for serving our country. I see we are the same height, that's neat. Best wishes to you
Jen
circuit training is cool for fat burning if you keep the rest periods down. You know you gotta have that diet tight too. but keep at it and let me know how you progress.
I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 following BFL also in the same 12 weeks. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed program such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
