Summer 06 - 220lbs - WOW!! TM 2
Yea, can you tell I was miserable? Wearing BIG shirts, cap and dark shades to hide. Yea, who was I hiding from? This was about 6 months before my divorce and the BIGGEST I've ever been. I was miserable with a smile! Oh, this is a pic at my daughters homecoming - if you're curious about the flower! LOL!
TM photo # 2. Gained 5lbs and 1.4% BF from the previous TM photo. Small gains but its all a matter of trial and error. Increased calorie intake by 1000 a day (2700-3000calories/day). I was running close to 30 miles a week so I stopped running for a few months. I recently started running again. Will work my way up to 30miles/wk but now at 15miles/wk. Also changed my protein supplement for Muscle Milk to 100% Whey along with Glutamine, BCAA's and Creatine. Recently backed off creatine to lose some of the water weight.

Would you beleve me if I told you these pants used to fit me in October of '06??? LOL!!! Funny $hit huh!? That's a pant size 36.

Didn't really look at myself at the beach. Looked at this pic once I got home and noticed a little definition here and there. Haven't been working out upper body as much because of hand but still doin legs, stomach and some chest exercises.
