Overall Goal: I would like to bench 315 once! I really need more chest size. I would also like to have a low body fat so my muscle was more defined. A six pack would be nice.

How I Started:
In September 2008 I decided to start hitting the gym 5 days a week. I wanted to gain size and strength.
Why I Love It:
At first I hated to workout. But after doing it for the last 7 months, I love it and feel empty without it. It becomes addicting.
Recently I have started focusing on burning off some body fat as well as strength gaining. After lifting weights for an hour, I try to swim for 30 minutes non stop. I have also been watching what I eat and trying to stop eating out as much.
Hopefully my next progression picture will show a major difference. I'd like to see what my abs look like under the layer of fat! Ha!
Though my first progress picture shows 01-07-2008, I didn't really start working out until 09-20-2008. It was then I started working out 5 days a week non stop until now.
