Ok, my wife has a big family so the get togethers consist of cookouts adn drinking. I dont drink (havent in 8 years!) but the food always seems to get me! I try not to gravitate towards the grill, but thats were all the men hangout. Im tring to learn to cook healthier, but I need to know what...

Why your motivation so low, brother? Tear your ass to the gym. Get your head right. GO. Do 10/10s in the squat, barbell row, barbell curl, and calf raise. Let me know how that goes. I'm headin' into town to do it, right now!
