Ok, my wife has a big family so the get togethers consist of cookouts adn drinking. I dont drink (havent in 8 years!) but the food always seems to get me! I try not to gravitate towards the grill, but thats were all the men hangout. Im tring to learn to cook healthier, but I need to know what...
I just dropped in to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. With a good exercise routine as well as a nutrition program that works for you, you will be amazed at what can and will happen. I look forward to watching your progress. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Hi Joel. Thanks for the compliments and adding me. I am 40. Progress was really slow for me at the beginning also. It took every ounce of strength to get my butt out and workout. Now 8 months later I am finally seeing results I want and can't go thru my day without running. I'm not much of a lifter, but need to keep some muscle in my upper body to match my bigger thighs. Keep going, it will show! Have a great day.
Slow and steady is best though :) Maybe change your workouts up, even just the order of exercises or the days you do things on to keep it interesting? Usually works for me as far as motivation goes, good luck!
Hey thanks for the nice words! I need better progress pics hehe. "chunky cute" eh? I'd say that was a compliment but then I don't really dig the 'ripped' look on guys. Don't give up, get stuck in there :D
