2 months post surgery...guess which shoulder...2 1/2 weeks outta the brace, really shouldnt have abducted my arm that high

This is 2 months out, to the day, from having a cm of my clavicle removed, 4 bone screws through my labrum, and a bunches of stitches in the anterior and posterior of my labrum...6 incisions. Notice the posture...Notice the belly.

At the end of a 28 day cut following seven months out of the gym due to shoulder surgery. One day prior to hitting the weights hard again!

Very proud of the legs. They have never looked this large. Surprising considering I weighed in at 154.5 this morning, a full 30 punds lighter than seven months ago.

My calves usually look pretty good. Not so much right now. They'll get there.

Happy with the back definition. Not with the symmetry, right side still lacking but that's gonna take time. Scapula stabilizers are still real weak and I can't do many rear delt movements at the moment. You can tell.
