Overall Goal: I'm going to begin competing next spring. I'm gonna be a lean 220, 225 by the first of the year and plan to come in at 200, 205. Try to keep all my bodyparts in tact this time.

Off-season lifting for sports in high school. Nothing like lifting in a 90 degree, cramped, rusty gym to break you in. And yes, I just ended that sentence with a preposition.
Why I Love It:
"I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." - Henry Rollins
How I Stay Motivated:
"What a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." - Socrates
I don't like second place...at all.

Goal (Long):
I'm starting a cut April 27th with the idea being erasing 3 months of bad decisions. I'm done drinking again but it left it's mark. I don't have a bodyweight goal for this but I'm going get back down to 6-8% body fat by the first week of July. Probably be taking in 2800-3000 cal/day, about 50% protein, cardio most days of the week.
She pushes me harder than anyone else could without having a dumbbell thrown at them. Definately knows how to push my buttons and get every bit out of me.
Thnaks for being a friend here Joey. I am thinking about competing next year for the first time in the masters division if I hit 7% by Nov 3 as planned and then 5% bodyfat by Jan 1 without losing any size.
God Bless
